LIMITED QUANTITY

All FLAMES leather bags & accessories are handcrafted in our own atelier in Eindhoven/ The Netherlands. Limited production items are made of a small batch of dead-stock leathers, carefully selected from factories around Europe. Which results in a limited range of each creation. Each Leather skin is unique, so color differences or vein marks may appear and are natural features. This adds to the charm of this leather luxury item.

Shipping


NL / BE / DE: Free shipping on orders over €90
EU: Free shipping on orders over €300

All Flames are handcrafted therefore we kindly ask for a production time of 7-10 days. 
When your Flame is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail from PostNL/ Myparcel with a link to track your Flame. 

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

For all shipments, the courier company is responsible for the delivery and transport. But of course we do our best to assist you wherever we can. Don’t hesitate to contact us with your order number. 

Delivery Time

Production Time: Our team works diligently to process your order within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Time: Once processed, shipping typically takes between 1 - 2 business days, depending on your location. 

Estimated shipping times:
The Netherlands 1-2 working days
Europe 2-6 working days
World 14 working days

Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the holiday season, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.

For security reasons, all Flames orders outside The Netherlands require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.


Taxes and Duties

If you are placing an order from outside of Europe, you might be charged for import duties and taxes by your local customs authority. These costs are directly dependent on the value of the ordered goods, the material they are made of and their country of origin. Because these duties vary per country, we advise you to consult your local customs authorities to inform yourself about the possible charges before placing an order with us.

Remark: The United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU. All imported goods require customs clearance, and duties or taxes may apply. In most cases, this means that you are subject to paying duty on your import. For more information, please contact us at info@flamesthebrand.com

Return policy

Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

From November 1 to January 15, items may be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery to offer additional flexibility during the Holiday season.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Items must be returned complete, including the original packaging
(the black magnetic box).
- Returns must be received within the applicable return window 
(14 days or 21 days during the Holiday Period)
- Delivery charges, shipping fees, import duties, and customs fees paid when placing the order are non-refundable.

All risks associated with the return shipment
(loss, theft, damage, customs delays) are the sender’s responsibility.
All customs duties and import fees for international returns (non EU)
must be paid by the sender.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made products, including personalized items or custom sizing.
Sample items or items sold as samples.


Returns received outside this period or showing signs of wear, use or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once the return has been received and inspected.

Custom produced

No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size or personalization.

Sample items

Please be advised that items with reduced prices are non-returnable. We want to ensure you are aware that products purchased at a discounted rate cannot be returned. Take a moment to review our other quality offerings, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions before making your purchase. Thank you for understanding.

Warranty

Each Flame is made with care and attention to detail. Because leather is a natural material, it will develop its own character over time. For this reason, we do not offer warranty on the leather itself, including natural markings, texture variations, and changes in colour or appearance that occur with wear.

We do offer a warranty on hardware (such as zippers, clasps, rings, and buckles) in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.
This warranty is valid for up to 1 month from the delivery date.

After this period, we’re still happy to help where possible, replacement parts can be arranged for a small additional fee (plus shipping, if applicable).
