Shipping
NL / BE / DE: Free shipping on orders over €90
EU: Free shipping on orders over €300
All Flames are handcrafted therefore we kindly ask for a production time of 7-10 days.Â
When your Flame is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail from PostNL/ Myparcel with a link to track your Flame.Â
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
Once an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery address can no longer be modified by Flames The Brand.
If the customer chooses to request a change of delivery address directly with the shipping carrier during transit, this is done entirely at the customer’s own risk. Flames The Brand cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay, misdelivery, or damage resulting from such changes.
In such cases, full responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer from the moment the address modification is requested.
We strongly advise customers to carefully review and confirm their shipping details before completing their order to avoid any issues.
For all shipments, the courier company is responsible for the delivery and transport. But of course we do our best to assist you wherever we can. Don’t hesitate to contact us with your order number.ÂDelivery Time
Shipping Time: Once processed, shipping typically takes between 1 - 2 business days, depending on your location.Â
Taxes and Duties
Return policy
Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Items must be returned complete, including the original packaging
(the black magnetic box).
- Returns must be received within the applicable return windowÂ
(14 days or 21 days during the Holiday Period)
- Delivery charges, shipping fees, import duties, and customs fees paid when placing the order, are non-refundable.
- Returns are only accepted for orders within the European Union. Orders placed from outside the EU are not eligible for return. Due to customs regulations and high processing costs, we are unable to handle returns from outside the EU.
All risks and costs associated with the return shipmentÂ
(loss, theft, damage, customs delays) are the sender’s responsibility.
All customs duties and import fees for international returns (non EU)
must be paid by the sender.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made products, including personalized items or custom sizing.
Sample items or items sold as samples. Orders placed outside the European Union
Returns received outside this period or showing signs of wear, use or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once the return has been received and inspected.
From November 1 to January 15, items may be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery to offer additional flexibility during the Holiday season.

Warranty
Customers are requested to report any concerns or irregularities immediately after discovery and to discontinue use of the product until assessment has taken place. Continued use after signs of wear or damage have become visible may affect the outcome of the assessment.
Leather
Each Flame is made with care and attention to detail. Because leather is a natural material, it will develop its own character over time. For this reason, we do not offer warranty on the leather itself, including natural markings, texture variations, and changes in colour or appearance that occur with wear.
Hardware
We do offer a warranty on hardware components (such as zippers, clasps, rings, and buckles) in the rare case of a manufacturing defect. This warranty is valid for up to 1 month from the delivery date.
After this period, we are still happy to help where possible. Replacement parts can often be arranged for a small additional fee (plus shipping costs, if applicable).

Cowhide/ pony-hairÂ
Cowhide products are made from natural materials and are therefore more sensitive to wear, friction, and signs of use than fully leather designs. Variations in texture, color, hair pattern, and natural wear are considered inherent characteristics of the material.
Please note that wear resulting from regular use, friction, exposure to moisture, or the natural characteristics of cowhide materials does not automatically qualify as a manufacturing defect or warranty claim.
